Base Service Unit: Provides intake and referral for individual who need ID services.

Residential Providers (Includes both Group Homes and Family Living Homes): 24/7 residential services.

Day Programs (Includes Adult Training Facilities/Sheltered Workshops): Day program that offers opportunities for socialization, education, and support in a safe and supportive environment. 

Habilitation Aide/Companion Services: Individualized service that assists and allows individuals to work on goals at their own pace.

Guardianship Services: Legal authority over an individual who has been deemed incompetent in a court of law.

Nursing Services: Out-patient treatment in private homes.

Representative Payee: Eligible individuals can choose to have their income managed by the program that will then meet all of the individual's financial obligations and provide spending money on a pre-arranged basis.

Transportation: Provides transportation to ID services such as day programs.

Behavior Support: Development of strategies to support an individual based on an individual assessment.
