Base Service Unit: Provides intake and referral for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and require county funding to receive services.

Blended Case Management (BCM): An intensive form of case management that can link, access, monitor, and advocate for individuals receiving mental health services. 24/7 on-call component for crisis de-escalation.

Certified Peer Specialist Services: Support, advocacy and working toward goals with trained and certified peer.

Crisis Intervention Services: Telephone and mobile crisis intervention 24/7 Juniata Valley Crisis Line

Family Support Services/Consumer and Family Reimbursement: Funds available to support individuals and/or families in emergency situations, respite services, and reimbursement for travel and training costs.

In-patient Psychiatric Hospitalization: In-patient treatment in a psychiatric treatment facility under the care of a psychiatrist.

Master Leasing Program: Subsidized rental units via lease with private property owners for individuals who would not otherwise be eligible for subsidy. Intensive housing supports are put in place

to rebuild a person's tenancy skills.

Outpatient Psychiatry and Psychotherapy: Mental health outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management as well as therapeutic interventions.

Projects to Assist in Transition from Homelessness (PATH): Program to assist individuals with mental illness and MISA who are homeless to establish stable, safe and affordable housing.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services: Evidence based rehabilitation modalities that promote problem solving, activities of daily living, life skills, communication skills, budgeting and finances, community outreach, health and nutrition.

Representative Payee: Eligible individuals can choose to have their income managed by the program that will meet all of the person's financial obligations and provide spending money on a prearranged basis.

Social Rehabilitation Services (Drop-in Centers): Day program that offers opportunities for socialization, education, and peer support in a safe and supportive environment.

Supportive Living Services: Services beyond traditional mental health services that designed to help an individual maintain stable housing, including but not limited to meal planning, shopping, food preparation, budgeting assistance, and increased socialization opportunities.

Transportation: Provides transportation to mental health services such as psychiatric rehabilitation and drop-in centers.
