About Our Office

The Mifflin County Office of the District Attorney is dedicated to achieving justice and protecting the safety of our own community.

We are committed to enforcing the law by investigating and aggressively prosecuting criminal activity throughout Mifflin County.
We seek justice in our courts, recommend appropriate punishment for those who commit crimes, and provide competent assistance to victims of crime. In doing so, we ensure that justice is done in a fair, effective and efficient manner.
We maintain positive partnerships with law enforcement and community organizations so that we can achieve our goal of making Mifflin County a safe and secure place to live and work, and in doing so, earn the trust and respect of those citizens we are privileged and honored to serve.
