Magisterial District Judge Craig Weston was elected in 2023 for Magisterial District 58-3-01. The Magisterial District Judge term of office is six years. Mifflin County currently has three Magisterial District Judges. Judge Weston's Office covers the following areas in Mifflin County:

• Granville Township
• Juniata Terrace Borough
• Lewistown Borough, Wards 1,2,3,4,5

The following types of cases are filed at Judge Weston's office:

• Misdemeanor and Felony
• Summary Traffic & Non-Traffic
• Landlord/Tenant & Civil – up to $12,000 claim amount

Judge Weston also performs arraignments, including arraignments of people for other counties or arraignments of fugitives from justice. Search warrants are issued through his office as well as emergency protection from abuse orders.
