Subdivision and Land Development Plan Submission
Application and Waiver Request Form
A Subdivision and Land Development Application is required for all subdivision and land development plans submitted to the Mifflin County Planning Commission and Mifflin County Planning and Development Department for review. A Waiver Request Form is required to be submitted when requesting a waiver from any provision of the Mifflin County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
Fee Schedule
The following fees apply to all land subdivision or land development plans, both County and Municipal, submitted to the Mifflin County Planning Commission for review in accordance with Article V, Section 502, Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247, as amended.
Fees shall be levied depending on whether the proposal is for a subdivision or land development and whether it is for residential or non-residential use. When the development involves a subdivision and land development, separate fees, as prescribed in the Fee Schedule document, shall be charged.

County Ordinance
The Mifflin County Planning and Development Department is responsible for administering the Mifflin County Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance. The ordinance can be obtained by clicking on the link below or by visiting the Planning and Development Department. Hard copies of the document are available at a cost of $12, and CDs are available at a cost of $6.
